I provide practical, evidence-based training to build staff knowledge, confidence, and
consistency in supporting behaviour across the setting.
Using a Positive Behaviour Support framework, I support the development of
behaviour support plans that are function-based, person-centred, and tailored to the
individual in line with schools policies and practices.
I visit your setting to gain a deeper understanding of the environment, observe
practice, and begin identifying key factors influencing behaviour.
We begin with a no-obligation discussion to understand your setting, your priorities,
and the specific needs of your pupils and staff. This helps us decide on the most
effective way forward.
I offer continued observation, coaching, and review of strategies to ensure behaviour
support plans are implemented effectively and lead to meaningful change and most
importantly embed replacement behaviours over time.
Additional training sessions can be delivered during INSET days or after school,
tailored to your team’s needs and priorities. Bespoke training for teaching assistants to understand behaviour and reinforcement strategies to replace behaviours.
