I am a Behaviour Analyst and the Director of Learning to Learn Consultancy,
where I specialise in delivering Positive Behaviour Support to schools and colleges.
With over 24 years of experience in Special Educational Needs and Disability , I
have dedicated my career to supporting children and young people with complex
autism and learning disabilities. I have spent a decade working as a Behaviour
Analyst with Ambitious About Autism, where I developed a strong foundation in
evidence-based practice and person-centred approaches.
Today, through my consultancy, I partner with schools, leadership teams, and staff to
better understand the underlying causes of behaviour. I support the implementation
of practical, evidence-based strategies that reduce barriers to learning, build staff
confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change for pupils. My approach is
collaborative, working alongside education professionals to embed sustainable
systems that improve both learning and wellbeing.
Alongside my consultancy work, I am a Senior Positive Behaviour Analyst within the
NHS . In this role, I contribute to the development of a tiered service model,
delivering training and support to parents, carers, and school staff to meet the needs
of children and young people up to 18 years old using Positive Behaviour Support.
I hold an MSc in Behaviour Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast, am a Board
Certified Behaviour Analyst and UK BAcert. I bring a strong commitment to
professional standards, ethical practice, and continuous development.
